1. Payment Terms

• All packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase to secure the discounted rate.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• Package purchases are non-refundable. However, under specific conditions, unused sessions may be transferable to another individual upon approval.

3. Expiration Policy

• Packages are valid for 8 months from the purchase date.

• Clients are responsible for scheduling all sessions within the package’s valid period. Unused sessions will expire after this time.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of that session.

5. No-Show Policy

• Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will count as a completed session.

6. Session Sharing

• Packages are intended for individual use but can be shared with the approval of the package holder.

7. Adjustments to Services

• Services included in a package cannot be swapped, exchanged, or substituted for other treatments.

8. Late Arrival

• Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their session. Full session time cannot be guaranteed, and the appointment will count as a completed session.

9. Medical or Scheduling Conflicts

• If a client cannot continue their package due to valid medical reasons, sessions may be rescheduled or extended upon receipt of a medical note and approval.

• Exceptions for other scheduling conflicts will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

10. Add-On Discount Policy

• Clients who purchase a package are eligible to receive 20% off add-ons during the package period.

• Add-ons must be booked at full price through the website when scheduling your appointment. The discount will then be applied at checkout in-store during your appointment.

11. Communication

• We encourage open communication to ensure you make the most of your package. Please contact Myomskin with any questions or concerns as soon as possible.
